The only Li-battery with iron in it is the LiFePO4 (LFP) chemistry. There is no LiFe battery as far as I known.
Compared to NCA and NMC batteries the LiFePO4 does not contain cobalt, a controversial (child labor) and expensive material.
LFP batteries have a higher safety and are less prone to thermal runaway.
They have in general a lower energy density but a higher lifetime compared to NMC.
LFP have typical cell voltage of 3.2 V where NMC and NCA have 3.6 – 3.7 V
